چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحلی الگوی استعدادیابی اعضای هیات علمی در دانشگاه های جامع با تراز عملکرد منطقه ای، با استفاده از روش پژوهش آمیخته صورت گرفت. در بخش کیفی، جامعه آماری متشکل از خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرایی بود که تعداد 19 نفر از آنها بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت نیمه ساختاریافته مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتهاند. در بخش کمی نیز، جامعه آماری شامل تمامی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه لرستان به تعداد 307 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقه ای تعداد 110 نفر به عنوان نمونه جهت انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در بخش کیفی مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی دو پرسشنامه محققساخته اعتباربخشی و اعتباریابی الگوی اکتشافی است. تایج بیانگر آن است که مولفه آموزشی (تسلط علمی، یاددهی اثربخش، یادگیری)، مولفه پژوهشی (بهکارگیری دانش، قابلیت پژوهش، نگارش و انتشار علمی، تحلیلگری)، و مولفه مشاوره ای (مشاوره به محیطهای کسب و کار، مشاوره به دانشجویان و مشاوره به جامعه) ابعاد اصلی مدل را تشکیل میدهند، بعلاوه نتایج آزمون تی در بخش اعتباربخشی مدل نشان داد که همه مولفه ها از اعتبار کافی برای قرار گرفتن در الگوی نهایی برخوردار می باشند. در ادامه یافته های پژوهش نشان داد همه متغیرهای مشاهده پذیر و مکنون دارای بار عاملی بالاتر از 70/. روی متغیر مکنون متغیر متناظر خود هستند، لذا در سطح معنی داری 01/. معنی دار بوده و مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند.
The main purpose of this research is to develop a talent Identification Model of Faculty Members at Comprehensive Universities with regional performance level with using a mixed research method. In the qualitative section, the statistical population consisted of academic and executive experts that 19 of whom were purposefully selected and interviewed in a semi-structured manner. Also, in the quantitative section, the statistical population consisted of all faculty members of University of Lorestan (307) that 110 individuals were selected Using stratified random sampling method as sample. In the qualitative section, to collect data Semi-structured interviews and in quantitative section tow questionnaire were used. The results showed talent Identification Model consist of three Component: educational dimension (Scientific mastery, effective teaching, and learning), research dimension (Applying knowledge, research capability, writing and scientific publication, analysis) and consultation dimension (consultation to business environments, consultation to students and consultation to the community). It was also found that all observable and latent variables have a factor loading above .70.
