مثلث تاریک شخصیت بر پنهانسازی دانش و فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی (موردمطالعه: اساتید دانشگاه تهران)

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی جوانب تاریک و تیره شخصیت بر پنهانسازی دانش با نقش میانجی فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی صورت پذیرفته است. پژوهش حاضر ذیل پارادایم اثباتی و در گروه پژوهشهای کاربردی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش 3 پرسشنامه استاندارد است، طیف مورداستفاده در پرسشنامه پژوهش طیف لیکرت است. پایایی ابزار پژوهش نیز بر اساس آزمون آلفای کرونباخ مولفههای مثلث تاریک شخصیت (75/0)، پنهانسازی دانش (77/0)، فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی (71/0) به تأیید رسیده است، جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید دانشگاه تهران است. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش با استفاده از نرمافزار نمونهگیری Spss Sample power برابر با 187 نفر و شیوه نمونهگیری در این پژوهش نمونهگیری در دسترس است. ابزار تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات پرسشنامهای پژوهش نرمافزار آماری SPSS و AMOS است. بهمنظور عدم وجود تأثیر بین متغیرها و تعمیم نتایج بهدستآمده از حجم نمونه به جامعه آماری از مدل رگرسیونی ساده، مدل میانجی و مدل مسیر جهت ارزیابی فرضیههای پژوهش و مدل مفهومی پژوهش استفاده شد.. بنابراین با توجه به یافتههای حاصل از پژوهش میتوان اذعان نمود مثلث تاریک شخصیت بر پنهانسازی دانش تأثیرگذار بوده و 31 درصد واریانس پنهانسازی دانش توسط مولفه مثلث تاریک شخصیت تبیین شده است. ابعاد مثلث تاریک شخصیت (ماکیاولیسم، خودشیفتگی، بعد اختلالات فکری و روانی) بر پنهانسازی دانش تأثیرگذار است. 38 درصد واریانس مولفه پنهانسازی دانش توسط ابعاد مثلث تاریک شخصیت (ماکیاولیسم، خودشیفتگی، بعد اختلالات فکری و روانی) تبیین شده است. در تأثیر مثلث تاریک شخصیت بر پنهانسازی دانش متغیر فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی دارای نقش میانجی جزئی است.
The current research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the dark and dark aspects of personality on knowledge concealment with the mediating role of organizational learning culture. The current research is under the proof paradigm and in the applied research group. The data collection tool in this research is 3 standard questionnaires. The reliability of the research tool has also been confirmed based on Cronbach's alpha of the dark triangle of personality (0.75), knowledge concealment (0.77), organizational learning culture (0.71), the statistical population of the research includes professors of Tehran University. The sample size in this research is equal to 187 people using Spss Sample power sampling software and the sampling method in this research is available sampling. The data analysis tool is SPSS and AMOS statistical software. According to the findings of the research, it can be acknowledged that the dark triangle of personality has an effect on the concealment of knowledge and 31% of the variance of knowledge concealment is explained by the component of the dark triangle of personality. The dimensions of the dark triangle of personality (Machiavellianism, narcissism, dimension of intellectual and psychological disorders) have an effect on the concealment of knowledge. 38% of the variance of the knowledge concealment component is explained by the dimensions of the dark triangle of personality (Machiavellianism, narcissism, intellectual and psychological disorders dimension). Organizational learning culture has a partial mediating role in the effect of the dark triangle of personality on knowledge concealment.
